Return and Exchange Policy 

    • Made to Order products are non- returnable.
    • Dedicated customer support for any issue.
    • Exchanges are available up to 2 days from the day of purchase. The exchanged product chosen cannot be of a lower price compared to the original product purchased.  
    • Size, Colour & Product, change possible ( *Subject to availability)
    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product to us within 48 hours of delivery. However, the shipping charges will be borne by you. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@rckcaurum.com, and specify the reason for the return. If the product is defective or incorrect, please send us an image of the item.
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and not damaged. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
    • *Please note that personalized or customized products are not eligible for returns.

Customers are responsible for self-shipping the product to the address we provide.

  • Kindly make sure you check the packaging before accepting any orders and make a clear video while unboxing for claiming any wrong shipments.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, the company should be notified within 48 hours of Delivery. We might request you to share the snapshot/unboxing video of the damaged product at info@rckcaurum.com
  • For orders delivered internationally - Customers will bear the courier charges occurred to return the product, tracking details at info@rckcaurum.com

For international customers, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes.
