WHEN DO WE DELIVER
All domestic orders will take about 3-4 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 5 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is offered to only customers in India on orders over INR 20,000.
For shipping outside India: (a) no shipping charges will be applicable on orders exceeding INR 50,000, and (b) a flat shipping charge of INR 1,500 would be applicable on all orders below INR 50,000.
TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian Customers
Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Cancellation
- We shall not be able to accept any cancellation if Your order/has been processed.
- In case an order has been cancelled as per applicable terms and conditions, You will be entitled to only receive store credit in lieu thereof.
- As also provided in our terms and conditions, in case of requests for order cancellations, We reserve the right to accept or reject such requests. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed (including cases where the order has been processed within the first 24 hours) or orders for which cancellation request is received after the expiry of the first 24 hours from placing the order. We have the full discretion to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Us in this regard. It is clarified that after the expiry of the first 24 hours after placing the order, You would not be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.
- To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must write to us at. Alternatively, the customer may email info@rckcaurum.com. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us. For products sold in store, Customer may visit the store as well, provided the same is done within timelines set out in the terms.
